Manual Lymph Drainage
Manual Lymph Drainage, or MLD, is a gentle technique used to stimulate the lymphatic system by increasing the movement of lymph. As a Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist I am able to treat such conditions as: post-traumatic and post-surgical swelling, sprains, whiplash, rheumatoid arthritis, autoimmune disorders, neuropathy and more. MLD can also be useful for general self-care by improving sleep, reducing anxiety and stress and through it's analgesic effect. At this time I am not taking on more serious conditions such as lymphedema or oncology patients, but I do plan to in the future.
MLD comes with its own set of contraindications on top of those for regular massage, so I include time during your session for intake to make sure it's safe for you to receive MLD and so we can make a collaborative treatment plan. If you have questions about the process and its uses please feel free to reach out before booking.
Pricing
I believe that financial resources should not be only the determining factor in whether or not someone can access services and care.
I provide 3 Tiers for pricing, and allow you to choose which best fits your situation based on the honor system.
Please take a look at The Green Bottle
graphic to help determine which tier
best represents your current situation.
